everywhere i go i think people are constantly looking at me does this happen to anyone else or am i just paranoid

Maybe you are just drop dead gorgeous and people are really looking at you! Sometimes it is uncomfortable to be very attractive, and if people really are looking at you, maybe you don't see yourself as others see you
Often we think others are looking at us if we feel uncomfortable with our looks, our weight, or other aspects of our personal appearance.
I would think you might look at what about yourself is uncomfortable. What if people are looking? If indeed they are, it has to do with THEM, not YOU. Some people just ogle, it's not about you.
Generally working on your own self acceptance means letting go of the idea that our worth is based on the opinions and actions of other people. When we get there, it doesn't matter.
You are unique, valuable and special, remember that. Get some help if the issue is really troublesome.

I hate the way I look,Ive been like this since I was 15yrs old,I'm now 49yrs and I only look at mirrors to put makeup on and when people do look I think they stair because I'm so ugly,Ive never been able to take compliments either I think people are taking the Micky out of me.

Is this a bad thing for you? I would love it!! make sure you remind yourself they are looking at you cos you are special.
It puts a different spin on things,rather than thinking of it in a negative way.
Any way, people are constantly looking at people that is the way we are,

Probably you are exaggerating. Sometimes that feeling could be caused by unreasonable insecurities. People who stare at others are just impolite - they are the ones with real problems. Be happy!

you may be a little paranoid but its probably true. most people have issues witht he way they look and becuase of theri own insecurities judge almost everyone they see based on what they themselves would or wouldnt like to be.

Most of the time yes because most people are just so uptight with their appearance the more you worry about it the more likely you are to be embarrassed.

of course people look at you...what else can they do? It's normal to look around, at other people..check them out and stuff. You should be worried if they didn't look at you at all:)

I feel like this too, especially when I was younger. As you get older, you don't care.
Don't worry about it. A friend told me once, "No one is looking at you, they are too busy looking at themselves!"
