How can I use chamomile tea to highlight my Burnett hair?

well, I have naturaly burnett hair, and I would like to highlight my hair without paying the high costs of professional highlights at the salon...I don't want to use lemon juice for risks of orange highlights, and I've heard that after washing my hair, to rinse it in camomile tea for natural golden highlights. Does this work, or does it turn my hair blonde??

It will just lighten it, won't turn it blonde
