What Jon M and Randy C said...

We seek perfection but that doesn't mean we are perfect NOW....unfortunately we humans tend to sometimes forget to sit down and let God be God.

Peace be with you :)

I enjoy the "presence of the Holy Spirit."

Peace that surpasses understanding. (That which produces fear and anxiety.)

It is more than okay to understand something, don't get me wrong.

However, our human nature plays us. We want to control everything around us and cannot. We are not gods. Thus the anxiety and rub. In a sense, trying to control everything, please others, or being very self centered and only trying to please our self...Whatever the rub, anxiety and worry comes in the door like a flood and beats down the house not built on a solid foundation.

Thus, then peace that surpasses understanding from the Comforter to those who have open eyes, ears, and receptive heart.

Both.

Do you mean that God is so in touch with you that you never have heavy thoughts or anxiety in your life?

If so, I think you're deluding yourself. Either that or you have a remarkably easy life.

The presence of my God exists through all my pressures and anxieties and even my boredom.
