Well, let's see...Bush managed to get into the Oval Office for 8 years. Pretty smart. The WSIDR got short-changed by some of the policies of yahoo answers and has made himself a bit of an internet celebrity by getting back at them. Plus, he hasn't spent enough money to buy a country on a useless war or driven the economy of an entire country into the dirt. The WSIDR is smarter by far.

I don't know who WSIDR is but even if I did I wouldn't say that he is smarter than Bush. Unless he could prove it.
