I just wanted to know is it dangerous to neuter my 1 year old male dog? because i'm afraid during the procedure he might try to bite the doctor or something...?

Don't worry about it. Have him neutered.
The vet is used to dealing with dogs. It is not dangerous to do this. There are more problems with NOT neutering him.

It's a normal procedure that vet's perform all of the time. The dog will be asleep so he will not have the opportunity to bite the vet.
Don't worry about it! Neutering your dog is great for his health.
(There has been research supporting neutering and research saying that it doesn't make much of a difference. If you are concerned about any of that, do some research yourself about those studies.)

If your dog is healthy than he should go through the procedure with no problems (your vet should do an assessment of the dog's health prior to surgery). You should try to keep him from being too active after the surgery and definitely don't let him bite or lick at the stitches...but my pups were running and jumping the same day of the procedure.

Ask the doctor if he thinks he is fast enough to do the deed without getting himself nipped. I would interview dozens of vets and set up some kind of American Gladiator style elimination gauntlet to determine which one can perform the task. Or maybe one who has trained with Mr. Miagi. Or you can go for the sedation/anesthesia... which is much more humane.
PS...Remember what Bob Barker has taught us!

It's not dangerous. They put him under general anesthesia, so it's like he's sleeping through the procedure. When he wakes up, they give him pain medicine and he'll be sleepy for a day or two.

It aint dangerous.Neutered dogs live longer than unneutered ones.Although early neutering, before puberty, may result in some males shooting themselves each time they pee cause they arent able to lift the leg properly.

They sedate the dog. I just had my one year old Lab neutered and he has recovered just fine. Any questions you have should be directed towards a vet.

well I suppose if I were awake and someone tried to cut my nuts off I would try and bite them but you've got NO worries - they knock them out for this very reason (but can you imagine the poor vet that tried to do this the first time without anethesia - what a disaster that probably was!) :)
Cute question
