R&S and my job tends to drain mine rather quickly. So, I am going camping next week in the Northern Woods of Wisconsin. No Internet, no cellphones, no electricity, and most importantly no R&S. Just me, my daughter and the great outdoors.

Hey Man !.. what r u talking... I am alive yet... there is no last time of my charging my spiritual batteries.

I do it every day...

and the charging of batteries requires you to go into seculsion.. not in woods but in your own room and only yourself if needed....

You are right that R&S and your job tends to drain you quckly so you are goin camping.. But for a change this picnic is good

But for spiritual charging also your idea is true that No Internet, no cellphones,

One needs to be relaxed and in seclusion in a room . where no phone, on internet. not even door bell or knock no door is permitted.. but you will have good ventilation , fan, if you love A.C, it is allowed...... again you sit on a pillow, erect back and neck in line , straight, Closed Eyes, Relaxed body, put your attention to your breathing in out in out... feel it at your nose tip or at belly rising up down up down. Do it for one hour..
And this is Sure Cure... Fire without Fuel..
I am pray to God that he allows me to get in touch with my source till I breathe last....

Money, Power prestige Love, family friends will be remain here on earth.. what will come with us is our Recharged Battery..

Sounds marvelous . . . the heat down here in Texas is mind-numbingly oppressive right now, and I can't begin to tell you how nice a week in the cool of the Northern Woods of anywhere sounds to me!

But . . . I am spending the weekend out of town, with good heathen friends, and will recharge a bit myself, through blot and husel and sumbel and good times with good friends.

In the heat. Yes, I *still* envy you your woods!

We just returned to a much needed rest in the Ouchitas in Northwest Arkansas. I t was so beautiful and serene.

I am not as brave as you, I had to have my electricity... but left the world behind...

If you ever get a chance go to Mt. Magazine Arkansas, look it up on-line. It is at the Petit Jean valley....

have fun with your daughter! and enjoy the recharge of your spirit.

I am going fishing in north central Minnesots next Sat for an entire week, in the heart of the Chippewa forest. Nature is the great recharger!

did the same thing last month, spent 3 days on the beach, slept to the sound of waves, taught my kids to ride the foam on boogie boards. BUT ALONE time was all me. Watched the sun come out of the sea. Let the waves remind me just how UN powerful and humble I should be.

Our last full moon ritual was the latest "big" recharge, although I recharge myself in small ways every day by taking a moment to connect to the Divine presence.

Sounds really nice :) Have fun!

Me.. I try to do a little something everyday. I read a book or take a walk or play a game with my kids or drink a whole bottle of wine.. that kind of thing.
