What do you mean? Like out to lunch with co-workers, and invite them all to pray? Or to pray silently, while they dig in?
Or are you asking about someone asked to pray for a group?
As for me, when I pray for a group, outside a church setting, I try to keep the prayer as inclusive and open as possible, so that I can represent everyone who's there, Christians and non-Christians alike.
Godspeed.

Praying for others is a mandate to believers. And some believers by way of the Holy Spirit are called to be inercessors. However, when it comes to laying on of hands...then one must be careful...especially if you have not fasted or been in constant prayer yourself. I believe that christians should be quick to pray for others regardless if they ask or not.
I made the mistate of laying hands on a patient once...he had many issues...substance abuse and PTSD. I worked the evening shift. That night I couldn't sleep...the next day the patient told me the he was unable to sleep as well. I felt very uneasy about laying hands on this person. I have learned to pray for people without touching them...unless the Spirit directs me to do so.

Well, it depends on what you mean by that. If they are praying with them for salvation, then, yes. If the non-Christian is wanting the Christian to pray to another god with them, then NO!

That depends, you see the ONLY prayer God has obligated Himself to answer for a Non-Christian is the prayer of repentance. If a Non=Christian asks you to pray with them when they invite Jesus into their life by all means do it. Otherwise God is not obligated to answer because they are not in His Family.

Depends on the situation. They should pray to lead them to Christ or for their eyes to be opened.

Not much point. As it says in 2 Corinthians 6:14,15; ... Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? or what harmony has Christ with Belial, or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever?

I suppose no one can stop me... I am of the belief that all sincere thoughts are prayers. I think there is a difference between prayer and petition.
