hey everyone uhmm im sry but this question is ask alot already but im wondering wats the age u realyl need to get ur permit i knoe its 15 and 1/2 but wen can i get my license i knoe im suppose to go to driving skool which i am but i want to knoe can i get my license wen im 16? becuz i knoe i have to take my permit test then wait 6 months to get my license is that right i just want someone to tell me straight up wat i can do my birthday is January 9, 1992 im planning a road trip with me and my cousin and i wanna knoe if i can do it becuz i needa get my license plz tell me wat i can do thx alot plz dont give me websites i want straight answers sry if it seemed mean i really need help

First of you really need to spend some more time in school. Your spelling is horrible. (knoe = know, skool = school)
To answer your question, you are correct. In CA you can get your permit at 15 1/2 and your provisional license at 16.
However, if your cousin is under 25, you can not drive your cousin around unless you are accompanied by an adult with a driver's license over the age of 25.
