Good birthday prank?

Question

My brothers birthday is coming up and I want to play a fun prank on him for laughs. A few years ago when he turned 22 I hired an older lady in town who dresses like Mother Goose to come and sing to him and embarass him in front of his co-workers. We live in a small town so singing telegrams or getting balloons delivered by a guy in a gorilla costume is not an option. I need ideas on something that I can pull off easily and without spending too much money.
I want the prank to be fun and don't want to hurt him (like a Jack@$$ stunt) but I want it to be memorable too.

cover his car in post-it notes and on the hood use different colors to write out happry birthday. It will cost you less than $30 and this prank is still talked about aroound the office after a year.

You need -
Some water in a cup set aside someplace inconspicuous
1 funnel
1 Quarter

Have the victim place the funnel in the band at the front of his/her pants, and have them balance the quarter on their nose, as if you're going to ask them to drop the quarter into the funnel. With the victim's head tilted back, pour the water into the funnel.

A door

Have the victim grab an egg using their index finger & thumb, but have them grab from inbetween the door jam & the door above the middle hinge. Walk away. They won't be able to leave unless they drop the egg onto the floor.

steal his car... then as he's standing there wondering where his car is have a guy you paid come by and punch him in the face and yell "stay away from my girlfriend asshole"... then his girlfriend calls him and says she's pregnant. He'll think he's having the worst birthday of his life till you show up with the present/surprise
