Technically yes. But there are other verses that will take them back out of the clear.

• 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 -- 9Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

• Romans 1:26-27 -- 26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

The verse has nothing to do with homosexuals. It means you do not actually have to perform the act of adultery to be guilty of it. You are just as guilty by lusting after another person who is not your wife or husband as if you slept with them.

there are definitely those who have interpreted the Bible on the side of homosexuality. You can read more in depth studies on this at

www.godmademethisway.com

I am pretty sure that's the site, if you put god made me this way in a search engine, it'll come right up.

and please everyone, don't start flipping out thinking you know where I stand on the issue of homosexuality. He asked a question, I provided an answer where he could search more in depth into what he was asking. THAT's ALL.

This verse tells us that sin starts in the heart, then carried out with actions. Does nothing to diminish the sin of homosexuality.

Being gay is a sin
Soo Is thinking about a girl
Or telling a little lie
Thats why christ died for all that
And if u accept him
And let him take the wheel to ur car
then gay people are okay
And there is no verse that I know of
And I;ve only been christian for like 3 months

NO it does, lust is not love..to lust for her you do not love her for who she is, but what she is mostly. Lust was not what God wanted, God wanted people to love.
It's like a man looking at a woman unproperly that is what God meant, by saying to lust after her.
NO being gay is wrong and is an abomination to God.

...That verse has nothing to do with gay men. It simply says that you commit adultery when you have lustful thoughts. ..
