ive gotten a lot of different translations for it like:

The problem is that the sentence is not very clear. It doesn't mean anything by itself so it makes it confusing. It seems it's part of a context or it's missing a word or something.
The literal translation is "I hope you are my love", but not in the sense of 'being someone's love'. It means to be in a place.. or to be in a situation or state.
Maybe "espero estés bien mi amor" = "I hope you're ok my love".

It's rubbish Spanish. Spanish has 2 verbs 'to be' and if the sentence means 'I hope you are my love' it should be said 'Espero que seas mi amor.' Clearly not written by a native speaker, but someone trying to impress you (?!)

It should be written like this: Espero que estes mi amor."
It means "I hope you are there my love"
