ok well i have a pool party to go to and i want to lose a few pounds.. its in two weeks! will anything and i mean ANYTHING make me lose at least 10lbs in two weeks (please, no pills, i wont throw up, HEALTHY Advice)

Walk 2 miles a day, cut your food intake by 25%--no red meats,no mayonnaise, eat low fat and low carb diet. 2 weeks is a short time to lose 10 lbs. Eat small quantities of food every 2 hours as opposed to large meals(this keeps you from getting too hungry and eating too much all at once.)

stick to fruits and vegetables. also drink alot of water and take a vitamin every day. the water will flush out the excess fat and the fruits and vegetables will keep you healthy. the vitamin is for the nutrients you wont be getting from meat. do this only for a few weeks because any longer could cause you to have health problems. when you get hungry,take a walk. not only does it get you away from food but it will help in losing weight. when everyone is looking at you like a model, smile and enjoy it because you will of earned it.

attempt the specific ok weight loss plan. 2 weeks, breakfast and lunch cereal with low fat milk and then a healthful dinner. no eating late and no risky snacks. additionally drink water with lemon, stable detox. As for risky, no longer something is worth that different than for conceitedness.

Simple, eat more vegetables, have 3 or less servings of fat-free milk or yogurt, less carbs, and no red meats. And get more exercise if you need to. That should help.

just do alot of exercising, and just a tip, if you exercise for about 30 mins, then take a 10 min break, then exercise for 30 mins, and take another 10 min break and keep doing that, it burns fat alot better than just strait long period exercise. It should work, and eat really healthy, like no soda, not even diet, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, also don't fast, it is really bad for you, please please please don't fast.Good Luck!

run on a treadmill for atleast 1/2 hour everyday and drink tons of water. youd be suprised by your results!
