provisional licence..?

Is it possible to change my photo on my provisional license to a new picture for my full licence..?

Yes it is. When you pass the instructor will ask you whether you want him to send the licence off for you. If you say yes then its free but you cant change the picture. If you say no, you will be told how to do it by the examiner.
You will have to pay for it though.

Yeah you can but you have to pay extra dunno how much though my sisters boyfriend did it.
