Believe it or not, water is.

The pangs of hunger are often mistaken for the bodies need for water. Drinking when you feel hungry and before meals will not only help you control your appetite, it will help you feel full faster.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getgoinfo.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Eat six to seven small meals a day. This should keep your appetite at bay and keep you from overeating. Stay away from junk food and sugar. Keep your meals balanced with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Include protein as it's filling and stays with you longer. Stay away from diet aids that claim to help you lose weight. They all contain caffeine and stimulants that only throw off your normal metabolism. Include some extra exercise daily. Even if it's just parking on the outskirts of the parking lot and walking or taking the stairs instead of an elevator a few times a day. It does add up. Eat fruit instead of drinking juice. Your body has to work to digest the pulp in the fruit but juice is just sugar. Eat as much of your food raw as possible to make your body work for the calories. Switch to soy burgers (Boca burgers are great!) as this will decrease the amount of animal fat you ingest. Drink lots of water. Not only will this help you feel full, it will help flush out the fat from your body. Drink half your body weight in ounces per day. So if you weigh 250 drink 125 ounces of water daily. That's about a gallon, but if you divide it up into quarts you should be able to drink that much with no problem. Also stay away from pop. Obviously the sugar in regular pop is bad for you, but the sodium and artificial sweeteners in the diet pop aren't good either. Good luck to you and try your best to stick with this regimen. It won't give you instant results like some diets claim, but it's a sensible way to eat and lose weight without feeling deprived. Try writing down what you eat and when and only eat when you're hungry. Try to get away from that breakfast-lunch-dinner rut. Listen to your body and feed it good food when it tells you it needs it and you'll get the results you want.

Believe it or not, water is good at controlling appetites. So are good vitamins, because your body might really be wanting a vitamin that it's deficient in.

A good balanced diet, with lots of fiber and without junk food and fried foods will help. Especially if you can arrange for a lot of little meals instead of a few big ones. That way you won't have the urge to stuff yourself.

Also, look into starting an exercise program.

Good luck!

Oddly enough, making sure that you eat enough at each meal, and small snacks (preferably including both protein and a complex carbohydrate) in between, is one way to keep your appetite in check.

When we go too long without eating, our blood sugar drops very low, and our body signals the brain that it's extremely hungry. At that point, we'll wolf down everything in front of us, and often very quickly, not giving the body the 20 minutes it needs to "realize" that we've eaten an adequate amount.

I strongly recommend Weight Watchers for people who'd like to lose weight sensibly and have a good chance of keeping it off. Even if you can't (or don't want to) go to meetings, they now have an online option that many people find provides information they can trust and support from others working toward a similar goal.

Phentermine..but you can only get it via prescription from your doctor. A good over-the-counter one is Xenadrine. A good diet regimen: watch carbs and concentrated sweets. Think protein!
