What are your opinions on spirts, ghosts, demons, etc.?

So even if you were to see some sort of paranormal activity or someone who was possessed--you wouldn't believe it was some kind of spiritual being?
Then what would it be?

I know ghosts and spirits are real, I've had experiences with them. But I wouldn't be stupid enough to try to convince you of them.
Demons are crap. The only place that myth exists is in the Abrahamic religions. Its time to grow up.

They are purely myths and superstition. There is always a natural explanation for whatever happened the caused someone to think they experienced one.

No evidence for them. If they exist, they are just following the laws of physics and we haven't figured out how to explain them yet.

until im convinced that somehow when people die they have some kind of identifiable spirit energy capable of interacting with humans, they remain non-existant to me.
