I've already dropped about 20 lbs...How do you avoid eating meals with your families though? I wish they would always believe me when I tell them "I alreadt ate", but they don't. It's getting more and more suspicious to them and I think they know what I'm up to [obviously because I've lost weight] but I rarely eat at home anymore, but I won't throw up my food, so don't tell me that lol...And also, if you're still in school, how do you avoid eating lunch? It's not like I want the food, in fact, there's nothing I want less, but I hate when other girls [and guys] criticize me for not eating...I don't want to eat, but I know they'll try and get me help if I don't. Btw, i'm 17 years old. Thanks so much for your advice! -Monica

Okay...to the guy who said exercise instead- DUH!!!! I'm a competitive dancer...I spend about 30 hrs a week dancing, so yeah I'd say I'm pretty toned...And when I'm not dancing, what am I doing? working out. I'm not lazy by any means!

If you keep doing this, after you've lost the fat on your body, you'll start to lose your hair and your body will begin to consume your muscles to make up for the lack calories and nutrients you're taking in. Your teeth will begin to deteriorate (turn yellow) and fall out. After your muscles go, assuming you haven't died or are too weak to get out of bed, your internal organs will begin to shut down. You'll lose brain function, meaning you'll have trouble remembering things and you won't be able to make adequate conversation. If you're still alive after that (you will probably be dead, but just IF you're alive), your stomach will begin to bloat because your intestines and stomach will be consumed by your body.

No, it won't take forever- I'd give you 3 months before you die.

ugh...why dont u just get off your butt and excercise, and eat healthy. gosh, are you THAT lazy that you have to resort to not eating? and you know, you need to be THANKFUL that you have a family to sit down at a table with for dinner...i'm 13...and no one cooks dinner for me. i cook myself...and you know what? there are children STARVING in this world, and all you can think about ishow you had TOO much food, when this children dont have enough. why dont you give some money to them, and buy them some food??? and then maybe you wont be buying so much more food for yourself...you'll eat less cuz u dont have that much money to buy more food for yourself. thats a healthy way to lose weight...eat less...EAT..but just less. and it has to be healthy food. gosh...your family cooks you dinner...and you get to sit at a table with them, its just me and my 11 year old sister, with our dad who works from 6 AM to 5 PM. and then comes home and has to pay bills...and our uncle who lives here...doesnt do a darn thing to help clean the house...and my brother doesnt have a job. so no one has time to cook for me...I do it myself...and even though we arent middle class...we arent poor..but we arent like that...my dad still buys food for other people. ugh....i cant believe ur that lazy u have to resort to not eating.

EDIT: of u excercise 30 hours a week...then what you see on the scale, may not be in the mirror. if the scale is waaay up...then it may force yourself to see you very fat and big in the mirror. but it will most likely be muscle...just make sure u eat healthy...the scale is almost everyones enemy...if someone looked in the mirror without knowing their weight AT ALL...and not even being able to guess...they wuld think they looked fine. then when they step on a scale, they seem very heavy. and then they look in the mirror and thats what their brain tells them to see, a heavy girl. try not being on the scale a while...many dancers are skinny and toned. so you must have a great body

You could just have your bones removed, that would help you lose weight. And it seems to be just about as healthy as the option you seem to be using now. Stop being lazy, exercise a little. Guys don't like a bag of bones, we like women who are tone.

No one on here is going to tell you how to have and ED. You need help.
Just so you know, quite a few search engines, I believe Yahoo is one of them, have taken steps to prevent people like you from asking others on how to have an ED or from posting any pro-ed websites or questions.

You're slowly killing yourself. I don't think anyone should tell you good ways to do that.
