PS3. It has amazingly powerful hardware that develpoers are starting to take advantage of that will allow it to do much more than the 360 and incredibly more reliable. Although some exclusives have gone multi-platform, the PS3 still has somewhere between 10-15 exclusives coming out within the next 6 months. The price gap is really alot smaller when even just XBL is taken into account and really will end up being that the 360 will be more expensive over its lifetime for most buyers (not everone will use XBL, wifi, etc.). The Playstation Network is actually catching up to XBL faster than anyone anticipated and Home will rally set them apart. From then it is only a matter of time before the amount of content that they have becomes more comparable. While the 360 will have Halo soon, the PS3 will have so many games that owners will have to pick and choose between many great games as opposed to definatively owning a select few.

well i have a ps3 and i was so excited about it when i got it and i was like this is the best system ever!! and i thought there was no way that the 360 could be any better. well now after having for 8 months i am disappointed with it. its online is bad. its hard to connect to opponents on any game. xbox live has better downloads and demos. ps network never gets new demos for cool new games. like 360 has the darkness and stuntman ignition. ps3 has old games and heavenly sword. thats about it. also whenever a new game comes out the ps3 version will come out like 3 months after the 360 version. load times are incredibly long on all games. i dont know. they better start making better demos on ps network and better games with less loading fast. and please start making all version of games come out on the same date. so although i own a ps3 i think each system has its ups and downs. but 360 probably has an edge over the ps3

360. It costs less, has more games and X-Box Live. PS3 has slightly better graphics, but costs much more and most games will be made by developers for both systems, so they generally will not take advantage of the extra power of the PS3 (as happened between the original X-Box and the PS2).
