Practicing falsetto is best done in the morning before your vocals chords get tightened up.

imrandom94 is right you just need to practice EVERDAY!!! Without fail you practice everyday. THis will definitely help. My mother is a voice teacher for SLS. That is Speech level singing. Speech level singing is one of the most techniques used today. This technique will let you sing ANY kind of music! ANy kind. It makes you use you talking voice for singing. It works wonders! Why don't you research it. Trust you you will want to check it out. It will help with as many high notes as you want to go up to! Good Luck! :)

If you have a piano, start as low as you think you can go and move up in scales. if you keep doing this everyday, you should be able to get higher and higher each time you practice. This will also help you expand your range if your voice is changing. Not a lot of people have a big range when their voices are changing.

Work up to it s-l-o-w-l-y
Do voice exercises every day sing ah low -then one note higher then higher for several notes. Then stop for awhile. repeat until you begin to feel Little tired THEN STOP FOR THE DAY !
The next day do it all over again but push it up a little higher. Keep this up foe awhile -practice .practice, but don't push your voice too hard can cause serious damage .
Be realistic -you are a boy and may never be able to get much higher.

Buy an instrument. Preferably a keyboard or piano. Identify the "high note" you are trying to hit, then hit it after a series of notes before it. For example:
You want to hit high C. You will then sing A, C, Bb, C, B, C, A.
Repeat.
