Yeah I would you a shaving cream! It works really well and I don't know if Nair works for you but if it does then go ahead and use it I think that's the best way to remove hair from the upper leg. But if you try Nair and it doesn't work then i recommend Veet me my aunt and my mom all use it and it's not pain full no cuts!

Nothing makes your hair grow back faster. Nothing you do to the outside of your skin affects that happens under your skin (in regards to hair growth).
Shaving does not even make your hair grow back thicker, It just feels and looks that way since you have cut the hair mid strand.
It is cheaper to shave.
Waxing is the best. It pulls the hair straight out of the follicle and lasts 1-3 weeks.
I would just shave it. Thats what I do : )

if u want to shave thats fine, the only disadvantage is that it will grow faster, and using nair is a mess, thats just garbage. try shaving cream it helps more with the shaving but whatever u do dont shave close to your private area because it going to irritate. use those small trimming machines better

Either one will have the same effect. It's an old wives tale that shaving hair causes it to grow back faster. Your hair grows at the same rate no matter what the means of removal is.

Shaving the hair on your thighs is the same as shaving it anywhere...it will grow back darker and quicker but that'll happen on any part of your legs...i use an epilator...i don't think it hurts badly(not after the first time anyway, but everyones different!) there are cheaper solutions, waxing for instance will lighten hair overtime(i haven't found nair ever worked properly)anyway..short of it is it will grow back worse if you shave it...good luck hope i helped!(",)

I usually just shave it, it's no biggie.
But if you're kind of cautious about doing that,
Use the Nair Hair Removal Cream or the Bladeless Shaving.
It'll keep you upper leg hairs away longer
Because it goes deeper than shaving.
Don't wax it.
My thighs are really sensitive so when I wax it,
It hurt more than it does on my shins and it stays red longer.
So yeah, the Hair Removal Cream is your best bet (:

Shaving does NOT make your hair grow faster. It only appears to grow faster because you've cut the hair blunt and it naturally grows in a tapered shape. So when the hair you've shaved grows out, it no longer has the tapered shape so it appears thicker and feels coarser because of the blunt tip.

the less often you shave the slower the hair grows back. So shave your thighs but don't do it as often as the rest of your legs. That's how I have done it for years and it works out fine.

i shave it, wierdly unlike the bottom of my legs it doesnt grow back thicker or quicker actually slower. Hair removal creams are good but they remove hair quite patchily (if thats a word :-) ) waxing strips take forevaaaa but theyre the best to be honest. A bit painful so good luck.
