pray. I thank God for my blessings, then I ask him for help with what's upsetting me, then I thank Him for sending help and bringing me through it.
Even if you don't believe, it's a way to distract your mind from the problem, and feel better knowing you can get through it.

depends on the fear and where it is coming from. i watch TV, listen to music and eat when i feel fear. however in the long term you yourself have to review the problems that are causing the fear and take each step at a time to conquer them.
i have just left home due to stress, anxiety, panic attacks and poor mental health. and i am slowly considering what was making me ill. and sometimes it takes time to realize what it is.

Redirection. It's what we do with our toddlers, when they are into something we don't want them in we redirect them to something more suitable. Deep breathing. Take a hot shower. Or bath. Take a walk. Ask if your fears are justified. If none of this works, see a therapist.

i like to journal, read, photography, take walks, relax outdoors
