i was stationed at mcas beaufort. i was attached to sar... it was a small unit that wasn't even a real squadron, we were attached to h&hs and has been since closed down due to "high cost of maintance"... im looking for a website or a place where i might be able to find a play to buy our old unit patch...

If you're still active duty or not, call MCAS Beaufort (if still open, not sure if you saying the unit was shut down or the base) and talk to their public relations department. Another thought would be tracking down a Marine Historian at a National Navy & Marine Mueseum and they be able to help you find it.

some of the sellers list whole pages of unit patches.
