Run: Be able to do 3 miles in 21 minutes

Situps: 80 in two minutes

Pull-ups: 20 w/out thrashing legs all over

Push-ups: 100

If you can do that in a workout you will have no problems.

Do the run last.

there are 3 things that you will get tested on every year. they are running, sit ups, and pushups. i suggest doing a 2 mile run. as for situps and pushups, it depends on how many you can already do. but do reps of 10, alternating between the 2, until you cant do any more. but the run is the most important part. do this 3 or 4 times a week

going to a real gym isnt a bad idea either.

In BT / Boot you will be walking and running a lot also you will be doing push-ups, sit-up, jumping jacks, leg lifts and others so the best thing you can do is start walking every where, go running every day be up to at least 2 miles under 18 min. by the time you leave, push-ups at least 100, sit-ups 100. leg-lifts 50 - 100 jumping jacks all you can do in 20 min. That should be a good starting place for any military recruit camp. Good Luck and serve our country proud.
