First, how long have you been this tired? Then did you get a full physical. Your age was not stated, but what I gather you are not older. Sometimes when there are no goals in your life, the proverbial carrot that hangs just out of reach and you really want it. To do anything for. That takes time to find that.To say, if I'm not depressed what is it. Did you have a doctor tell you you weren't depressed? I'm surprised, most Drs, tag you depressed and there you are. Exercises and a good work out will help. First things first, see a doctor. there are many things that cause fatigue other than just depression.

Usually depression takes away the urge to get up and do things. You just kind of want to lay around. It could be a medical thing. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? Anemia? Mononucleosis? Lyme disease? Maybe you should look into a medical reason why.

Are you eating a good diet? Poor diet could cause tiredness. As could low blood iron.

But depression can cause a feeling of tiredness inability to accomplish things etc.

See your doctor....

You could change your diet - eat food that give you more energy. Or you could go to a gym and work out. You can also try having something caffeinated midday (1-2p m).

Maybe you are not getting a good nights sleep. Do you wake up alot at night? Being over weight can cause this at night. I would suggest taking to your doc. maybe he can do blood work to see if your levels are ok.

try iron that is usally my problem.
i need to take 500mg aday just to function most of the time.

have some blood work done you may be animec ..i have been there myself and my iron level were just very low
