if you're talking to a person that you know very well, we say "Arrête de parler français", but if you don't know him/her so much or if you're talking to several persons we say "Arrêtez de parler français"

Yes, a little bit. I'm studying French in school so I know a little but not enough to speak.

If you know the person:
Arrete de parler francais (or Arrete de parler en francais)

If you don't know the person:
Arretez de parler francais (or .... en francais)

Sorry, I can't write the accents as I have an English keyboard.

PS: Ferme ta bouche = stop talking
Ta gueule = shut the **** up

Informal (friends, family, etc.):
Arrête de parler français or Arrête de parler en français!

Formal (strangers, etc.):

Arrêtez de parler français or Arrêter de parler en français!

I'm guessing you're not trying to be polite here so you wouldn't use ''s'il-te-plaît or s'il-vous-plaît''.

PS: ''Ferme ta bouche'' is never used by anyone in French except by foreigners who literally translate from English (shut your mouth!)

If you wanna say it politely " s'il vous plait, arreter/cesser de parler francais"

otherwise "Arrete de parler francais".

"Veuillez modérer votre français!!"

The probable answer would be something like "De quoi je me mêle, mon coco?" :)
