Yes. Potassium levels fluctuating affect your heart, and it's not a very big range. Please talk to your doctor about having your potassium checked after consuming so much, and ask him/her about how potassium you need in your diet. Potassium comes from so many sources.

That's a bit high in calories for someone who's interested in good health. I wouldn't worry about the potassium - your body will just excrete what it does not need of that electrolyte unless you take massive overdoses...

I've never seen a slow monkey. (L.O.L.) Just teasing!
It is my understanding potassium is very good for the heart. It also help with fluid retention, which can make you feel sluggish. If you are feeling well, I wouldn't worry about it.

It's harmful only if you slip on one of the discarded peels! ;)
Seriously, though, as long as they are eaten throughout the day, and not all at once, I'd say you're fine (eating a large number of anything may cause stomache aches!).

bananas can cause you to be constipated if you are not eating other vegetables. you have to vary your diet, they do not have enough of the needed nutrients you need on a daily basis, do not count on your vitamins to do any thing for you, most pass through the system without being absorbed,
