Speer, and Barnes make this weight. Would make a great flat trajectory out to 350 or 400 yards... The Barnes triple shock was my choice in my 308, with its controlled expansion and weight retention it has maybe a great white tail deer cartridge. And shooting 1 and 1/2" groups at 200 yards.

Yes there are .308 diameter bullets that can be fired thru a .300 Win Mag however most aren't made to handle the pressure and velocity of the 300.

I don't have load data for a 130 Gr bullet, but I do have Sierra load data for 125, and 110 gr bullets. But speer at one time did make 130 Gr bullets in 308 caliber.

Yes, Speer makes a 130 grain hollow point in .30 cal, but this would be for reloading.

As far as factory made ammunition I have never found one with such a light bullet.

Hornady makes one, but do you really want to use a 300 magnum for varmint hunting? That sounds a lot like masochism to me.

Don't buy a full box of bullets to load up this round; due to its size it won't stabilize and you will hit all over the side of the boxcar.
