Recipe: 15 Minute Chicken And Rice Dinner




1 Tbs. vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups minute rice, uncooked
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets

Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove
chicken. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper; stir. Heat to a
boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken
with additional paprika and pepper; cover. Cook on low heat 5
minutes or until cooked through.

Simply healthy meal , my choice is chicken soup . Just boil the water , add ginger and chicken , put a little bit salt and pepper . cook about 25-30 minutes with slow medium heat. You can put fresh cilantro or green onion when serving . Enjoy your soup while warm with rice .. really delicious , healthy !

chop up some chicken into bite size bits, put into a crock pot or slow cooker, add a large can of cream of chicken soup and close the lid, leave on low all day whaile at work. come home, make up some white rice and serve.

place pork chops in slow cooker, add 2 cans of campbells cream of mushroom soup and leave on low all day.

cook up 1 lb of hamburger in sauce pan, drain, make up 2 packets of brown gravy mix, cook some white rice, serve hamburger over rice with gravy on top.

Spaghetti with meat sauce. Add a tossed salad & garlic bread and you have a quick yummy meal. 1 jar Ragu, brown meat onions and Italian seasonings together. Drain and mix together. Yum!

boil some rice (white or brown, but brown is healthier of course) & season a bit w/ salt or seasoning salt before cooking.

sautee some organic mixed veggies w/ broccoli, cauliflower, carrots & green beens in some olive oil w/ onions & garlic. season w/ seasoning salt, rosemary & pepper.

when they're both done cooking, I mix them together & add a little hot sauce.

apricot glazed chicken or pork
mix apricot jam, dijon mustard, and chili sauce to taste
season boneless skinless chicken breast, or pork loin with salt and pepper, bake as usual and spoon over the glaze for the last 10 minutes.... it might sound weird but its really good and super easy steam some veggies and you've got dinner

tortellini alfredo

cook tortellini

combine 1 cup heavy cream and half stick of butter in boiling pan and boil. Add 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese. Let sit.

Add chopped chicken is you want.

combine sauce and tortellini. (chicken too, if desired)
