What will happen when these men die, but no new anointed ones are available to serve? Have there been talks in this regards? How many "annointed" ones are in the Jehovah's Witness religion today?

The premise of this question is false.

The average age of the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses is younger than it has been in many decades. Most members are in their 50s and 60s, and as of August 2007, only three of the nine members were appointed before 1999.

Incidentally, there is no Scriptural reason to believe as the questioner asserts (namely, that "no new anointed ones are available to serve"). Jehovah's Witnesses do not actually believe or teach that.

In the 11th hour before the tribulation, God's Government is replacing older Anointed fellows of Christ that have turn their backs to their heavenly position with ones that only worked in the vineyards a short time.

Matt 20 - Finally, about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing, and he said to them, 'Why have you been standing here all day unemployed?' They said to him, 'Because nobody has hired us.' He said to them, 'you too go into the vineyard.'

The anointed will be with us until we don't need them any longer.
If they lead us into the new system it is God's business...not ours.
Abraham was used when he was 175
Moses was used by God until he was 120 years old and his eyesight and strength were as strong as in youth.

Jehovah can do anything..

I'm an ex-JW and when I read the propaganda drivel that Adam's Rib wrote I have to laugh. That 8500 number is almost the same as when I left right around 1990. All those old farts and less than a thousand have died in the last 15 years?? LOL !!

They are soooo brainwashed

Do they still hold to ten in the governing body? Maybe they'll have to cut it down to five - then two - blink - none.
