There are several products.
The number one at this time is 100% Rose Hip Seed Oil.
It is very inexpencive and works wonders even on scars or hair issues. Just wash your knees and apply it as many times a day as you like. After 1 week of using it you will immediately see it getting better.

I had those....you just need to moisturise more, now I use Johnson's Triple Moisturising Body Wash and it's really good

A homemade solution would be to put some baby oil in your bath

umm...okey so my mom says NEVER to put ur knees on the floor alot becuz ur knees will git dark and ugly ...there is a way but it only helps it not really lets it go away forever... there is this special hard rock scrubber and that is wat u r suposed to use ... i think u can find it at bath& body works or some place like that good luck and no to the first question

rub the knees with a lemon slice. gently scrub them twice a day ( oil and sugar mixture can be used) and apply a moisturizer or almond oil on the knees. hope this helps!

A nice sitz bath and used something St. Ives to exfoliate a bit .
