Get him neutered, first of all. If you don't wish to do this (ONLY if he's a purebred and you plan to breed him, otherwise get him neutered!) or if he continues to hump even after he's neutered, I would recommend obedience school or getting a good water gun. Carry the water gun in your pocket and when he starts humping, give him ONE good squirt to the face, you want to do it without him seeing you so he starts to associate the sudden squirt of water with unwanted behavior and not with you.
If the water squirting doesn't work, you can try a loud noise like an air horn or something, again keep it stowed in your pocket so he can't see where it's coming from and doesn't associate the noise with you personally, but rather with bad behavior.
When he stops immediately reward him with a treat and praise and he'll quickly figure out that he's not supposed to be humping you.

Get him spayed or neutered. Humping isn't always a sex thing. It is dominance also. You will see female dogs humping as fast as a male if they are a dominant dog. Do not allow it. Tell her firmly no and make her sit down or lay down. You have to tell them what to do, not just what not to do. And of course find a good obediance class. They are great and you will learn a lot if you find a good trainer.

Leg humping is NOT a sexual thing! It's just the dog trying to establish itself as dominant over you. Just teach her its not okay to do this kind of behavior. Neutering or spaying a dog will sometimes curtail this activity but not always. Both male & female dogs do this.

Well, there's not much you can do. Either you have him sterilized or you wait until he grows out of it. Obedience school can be very expensive by the way. You can do it yourself, just tell him NO (in a hard tone, not a yell) and give him something else to do (throw a ball). Dogs will be dogs!

Get it nuetered or spayed. Then it'll forget all about it. It won't even care about those stuff he did before.
