The next IPCC report (Mitigating Climate Change - Working Group 3, Assesment Report 4) will be published in November, a lot of it's content will be similar to that of previous reports, one of the most important findings is that climate change is happening faster than was previously thought.

Here's the pre-edit technical summary (it's long and in PDF format) http://www.mnp.nl/ipcc/pages_media/FAR4docs/chapters/TS_WGIII_220607.pdf

The IPCC WG1 AR4 ("The Physcial Science Basis") is coming out in April. That is to say, you missed the big release. Fortunately, you can read the whole thing online for free here:

Working groups 2 ("Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability") and 3 ("Mitigation of Climate Change") should be releasing their reports later this year.

Here's some links. I agree with the other poster about how it's happening faster than predictions. It's really hard to tell how much of that is because more data was left out than was included in the first reports. I think they began functioning better after the UN issued their report, and got it all on the table.
