spirit in my house,, yes i have one,, what would you do,, read it all please then decide?

we have this spirit in our house, i wont call it a ghost or a haunting because its not scary, sometimes it throws little objects around,, like lego parts at the kids, gently i might add,it tossed a loaf of bread at my wife while we were in the kitchen on night, hit her in the bac when we leave the house i will test this spirit and leave all the room doors open and when we get back they are all closed, all the kitchen cabinets are wide open in the morning, our bed shakes at night and wakes us up, my wife goes can you feel the bed shaking and i say yes, i have awakened many times and found this spirit just staring at us in bed then i reach out and it goes away, in the morning sometimes there is the name rita written on the inside of our windows, its not any of our hand writing,, and there is the smell of cigarette smoke in the house, we are non smokers and there are vacant lots around our house, kind of freaks my wife out but i am not bothered at all, doesnt scare me, what would you all

Good morning M.M......I know this is rather far fetched but have you ever heard of TAPS? I believe their office is located out east in Mass. but they travel all around the US. They are Paranormal Investigators. I have watched their program many times they are not 'fakes'. Anyway, two guys started this business back in the 1990's for a side job and they are now pretty popular with the public and probably the 'ghosts or spirits' that they investigate. Their names are Grant and I believe Jason. It's only my suggestion but give them a call, they might consider to investigate your problem. My oldest son had the same problem in his house. He had renovated an old historical church into his home and he had several 'spirits' roaming around. He had our local paranormal investigators and one of the authors that writes about ghosts come to his home and actually found out that he had spirits in his house. It's worth a shot anyway if you are interested to really find out who or what you have in your house. If they really don't bother anyone then I would just live with them and go from there. see there are 2 types of spirits nice or mean...I used to work with this ghost tracking job and i was the leader so listen..as i see you are dealing with a ghost. So all this that you are telling me it equals out that this ghost you have is nice. The ghost probably died in that house years ago. That's why it won't leave. So as long as you do make it mad or sad the ghost will be fine and harmless. But if you try to through something at the ghost or call it out or use a angry tone....that will just make things worse. So play nice and like i said it will be harmless:) Good luck:)

DOCUMENT these events. If you can provide conclusive evidence of a spirit world this would be truly revolutionary.

But I bet things tend to stop happening when there are devices around to record them. At least they have in the past.

Creepy. I would say these things don't "just come around". It was either there when you moved, or you brought something into the house that invited it in. If you want to get rid of it, get rid of whatever spiritistical type of item you brought into the house around the time the strange occurences started happening.

I would find someone who is able to tune into your spirit (maybe even you because you can feel it "staring") and ask it what the problem is, why it has not moved on. Find out what it says. it might be interesting. Then, just tell it - look, you need to move on. It will know where to go. Tell it it's welcome to go hang in the vacant lots.

I lived in a house like that...it was my ex's grandma...my own beliefs anyway. She didnt like it when I left the house disorganized, she'd make that perfectly clear.

Best thing to do is learn what it does and doesnt like...and kind of come to terms with it. When you do, it will probably stop doing things to make its presence known.
