Oh, my goodness..I cannot choose one, it's not possible.
I am so fortunate and so blessed!
I have received quite a few specially when I was feeling down. Amidst the hate and threatening emails (darn trolls) I have been encouraged, prayed for and uplifted and in the process made friends. What more could I ask for?!
The trolls have created a positive thing without even knowing it, that makes me smile.

added: and a star for you Drake, nice question.

People become touched by others' presence. It is important to do and say the right things, albeit written in this forum, because words carry have a greater impact in someone's life that we all realize. If we cannot bring ourselves to a place of showing and verbalizing words in love, we must bring that which is not love to an altar and pray to God that He will make us a clean heart, a heart that loves. Just the other day, I got a cyberhug from an atheist (unnamed for now - I don't want to unknowingly embarrass her) who appreciated my point of view and reciprocated in gratititude. I honestly felt humbled & honored by her comment. If we all can just show love to each other, consecrating the prejudgment, bias, and hidden fear of the other, we can get along great even in the presence of differences. I think it can be accomplished, with love.

Great question. I am glad you posted it. It is needed.

BTW, Kerilyn, love ya girl! {{{HUGS}}} for all!

I just received a very nice email today from somebody telling me how much she enjoys reading my Qs. I found it quite flattering. But probably the nicest one I received was from NH Baritone when I was masquerading as Creationist_PhD. Sadly, yahoo killed that account.

I've had many nice ones, just from people who are friendly, and so we can get to know each other better. I am LDS (Mormon) so I have had many from people of my faith, but I've also talked with some Ex-Mormons through emails and the ones I have talked with have been very kind and respectful, despite our religious differences. I think simple acts of kindness can go a long way.

From Mr. Ed - he asked me to pray for a little girl he met while doing missionary work - the child was extremely ill - we prayed for a LONG time, and when she was well enough to be up and around he sent me a very nice email thanking me that included her adorable photo.

By the way - I'm still waiting on a response to the email I sent you.

I received many (some from users I didn't know) offering their sympathies when I my dad passed away.

I also have received random emails from one user who simply says she is praying for me. She said she had determined to pray systematically for several Christians on the board and hoped it would be an encouragement. She offered encouragment and a scripture verse that was relevent to the prayer. I thought that was super nice of her.!

good question!

blessings :)

I got one that said: I thought your answer should have been chosen as best answer. I was having a bad day and that really turned it around. See - if I'd turned off my mail because of the hateful attacks, I never would have gotten that message.
