I have notiched a bit of blood around her bum and her poo.

It could be a number of things, I'm not even going to bother saying what right now. The blood is what is worrying me, big time. Get her looked at now, don't wait. Go!

If the blood is bright red it is coming from the large intestine. That is much better than dark blood which means the bleeding is in the small intestine. The bright red blood may only indicate that capillaries in the large intestine have broken from the strain of the diarrhea.
It is by far and away the best thing for the kitten to go to the vet as soon as possible and have the vet check for worms or other parasites and to give you something to stop the diarrhea.

TAKE YOUR KITTEN TO THE VET NOW!!!!!! Before its too late.
Blood in stools and round bottom area is really bad news.
I hope you get this AFTER you have seen the vet!!

all i can say is vet, more than likley it is worms, that just havent shown up yet. hurry, i lost a puppy from this, and i even took her to the vet but she was beyound help. just hurry since there is blood, thats when you know its bad.

Take your kitten to the vet immediately. This is life threatening to your kitten.

she's probably dying. You need to get her to the vet right away, like turn of your computer, grab the kitty and your keys and get to the vet NOW.
