ok my suppost to be best friend sleep with my boyfriend like 100 time! and well so i got have mad at them. my ex boyfriend jordan said he wouldn't do it again and would had out with me more.and my ex friend Christy said she would give me some sex tip and find me a new boyfriend

ditch both of them ... she is a s**t and you should not waste your time on a dirty person like that... for him he will do it again and again ... they always do. and the thought of what they did to you will always be in your mind.. it wont ever go away. they are not worth the pain that they will cause you. you are batter then that ... they dont deserve for you to give them another chance... find someone that will have respect for you and will treat you like you should be treated. ... FORGET THEM. they are not really sorry for what they did to you or they would not have done it in the first place ... they should have taken your feelings in to consideration then.
