why don't alot of single guys ride, work at or volenteer at a stable? don't they realize how many women they could meet! plus they would get such an insite into women! whats your take on this?

Wow! U r so right! at my barn we have only a few guys, 4 riders, one is like 4 years old (he'll grow out of it), another is like 10, one my age is like retarded, and an older one is gay. Then we have the 2 hands, one which is normal but old, and the other one is a fat adult creep who hits on 13 year old girls in the barn. When i talk to my guy friends there always like, no way i'd ride a horse. But in reality, most of the girls at my barn are really pretty, and whenever my guy friends see pix of them they're like holy crap shes hot!!! Thats a great point though, men should be more interested.

1. Horses don't come with a 500 cubic inch V20 Engine that can do 0-60 in 2 seconds.
2. Even though guys look lame in motorcycle gear, they look even worse in horse wear.
3. No cupholders for 96 ounce big gulps.
4. No roof racks.
5. No backseat for doing it.
6. No windows you can tint or put stickers on of Calvin peeing on a Chevy symbol.
7. Cars and motorcycles aren't constantly dropping dueces.
8. Horse dicks scare a man.
9. You can't do cheap and easy fixes to a horse to make it look cool, such as lowering it and slapping on some 23 inch rims.
10. They have yet to make a Fast and the Furious movie that is based primarily on Horses.
11. There is just no way to look cool pulling up on a horse at the Valet.
12. They sneeze, whine, and choke during rush hour.
13. You and your buddies can't easily have a guys night out on the town on Horseback.
14. They don't make limo versions for stupid bachelor parties.
This list can go on ad nauseum. I hope you can begin to understand why most men are incompatible with horses.

No, u dont have to be really tall to ride a harley. My friend is only 5' 5" tall but in a good, built shape and rides a harley. Even most harley owners in my city is less than 5' 7" tall

good idea i own 2 qu horses i have met a lot of ladys on the trails but only the ones that eat sleep and dream horses lol.there is life outside the barn

Maybe they haven't realized that that is a great place to meet women, you need to put it out there. Invite a couple of good looking guys, then the word would get out.

I totally agree with you!! but i know a few guys who work at horse stables. Lets just say that when they are single it does not last long! LOL!

Maybe they think they would get made fun of for working with horses because not many guys do it.

They aren't as into horses as girls are (in general) and don't think of horse stables as pickup places...when I used to go to the stables, I was all about being around the horses (not boys). ☺

Single guys don't do it because they are out having a good time with their friends, girlfriends, work, etc. Married guys do it because they are trying to get some peace and quiet, running away from their wives, children and other responsibities. It's almost like a vacation away from life.
