because brown rice does not have that sticky quality of a japanese rice, thus, instead of having sushi, you'll end up a mess.

It would have to absorb the vinegar and sugar used to make sushi rice sticky sweet. Since brown rice isn't "shucked", I don't know how well it would do that.

a big NO NO. Brown rice was never used by Japanese for making sushi , besides brown rice wouldn't stick so much.

you additionally could make it with brown rice. the keep I shop at surely sells a lot of brown rice sushi. including a splash extra beneficial water while cooking will make the feel extra "sushi friendly".

most of the time it is because of the look it is better to have white just for the color
