its okay don't panic this is a good thing you should be happy this is happening because it means your gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat but muscle also helps you burn more calories so you'll probably continue to gain just a little more weight depending on how much muscle your gaining but REMEMBER gaining muscle is good okay
this also means that your probably have nice toned abs and legs underneath the excess fat so...
just keep doing cardio and you will see fantastic results in no time okay
good luck
and good job keep it up

You may not be aware of it but you need to stop what you're doing right now. You are at a very healthy weight for your height and age and if anything you are a bit underweight... But don't worry cause being underweight in your teen years is fairly common. If you continue to eat 300 calories a day (which is not NEARLY as much as you need) you WILL develop an eating disorder, and become very unhealthy and sick (which is what you don't want!). As a 13 year old girl you should be eating at least 1500 calories a day and exercising. It may seem like a lot but it really is the proper amount. If you eat 1500 calories a day of healthy proper foods you will be healthy which is what you want right? Please do not eat just 300 calories a day, and I can promise you you are not fat no matter what you think. It really is all in your head, please take my advice into consideration and speak to your doctor if you don't believe me. I'm truly trying to help, hope you listen.

Have patience.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

You are just gaining muscle mass. If you are a 15 and you weigh 120lbs..depending on how tall you are...your weight is ok! If you are trying to lose fat and you are already thin, then that flab is turning into mucles.
Keep on working out..you're gonna like how you look. You probably did lose weight in the beginning and didnt know it, because there's no way you went 5 weeks and didnt lose anything! You probably lost and gained so fast that you didnt even notice! You have nothing to worry about!

Aerobics should increase the heart rate to about 140 at your age for 20 minutes minimum four time a week to achieve the best effect. Weight training, i.e. with weights have to have lots of repetitions at low weights if you are trying to increas muscle strength and muscle endurance and high weights at low repetitions if you want to increase muscle size. In also cases you must consume plenty of protein or you body will "eat" muscle tissue for energy. Carbs provide long term energy but can easily be over done. Sugar is pretty useless except as a source of quick energy. Veggies provide needed fiber and vitamins.

i got really frustrated with that too. you're probably gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. instead of watching the scale, see how your clothes fit you.
