Holding things inside is very bad. As a man, I have always done it. We find it hard to express our feelings and of course don't want to appear weak to anyone especially a wife or girlfriend. Its very destructive, especially to a relationship, where two people are suppose to confide and trust in each other. If one person holds everything in to much they begin to get numb to there feelings and get cold to the people they love.

not at all, if you hold everything inside you can develop some deep anxiety and resentment towards the other person. the best way to maintain a healthy relationship is through honesty and open communication, which means discussing exactly how you feel and what is on your mind. don't fear that you will scare the other person away by expressing your true feelings, if that happens then they are not worth your time anyways because if a person truly cares for you then they will receive your self expression with open arms

No, if fact it's very bad. People need to open up in a relationship. It should be all about honesty and communication. If you're holding everything in, it gives the impression that you don't trust the other, and trust is key in relationships. Plus, it's good to get things out in the open, it can end stress and emotional baggage. Hope I helped!

Come on, you know that answer has to be NO!

The trick is learning how to say how you feel in a constructive way. The goal is expressing your needs with a view to improving the situation, not making it worse.

Keeping everything inside isn't just making things worse though, it's a recipe for disaster. You'll end up resentful and hating your mate.

If you can't talk to them easily, take it to a counselor, that's what they're for.

no. you need to talk somethings out with our spouse or gf/bf now i mean holding something in like your *** is tooo big yea keep that to your self. but other then taht most things need to be talked out, if you hold too much in you will soon blow up like a bottle and just start tell her everthing you were mad about at once and thats not a good thing. so when she does something that bothers you ,you need to say something.

Relationships are built on honest, respect, and communication. These pretty much preclude holding too much back/in!

hi
no,
you should talk to your significant other about what you're feeling, maybe they can help and you two can figure things out together, if you keep things inside then you're going to break down and not have a great successful relationship..good luck
