I think he trumped your eff-off when he got physical. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Too badd he didn't just eff off.

no matter what anyone says to anyone else there is no reason for physical violence. Don't think that you "instigated" a fight. That is where lots of abused women go wrong...they blame themselves

If he is charged with this it could also end his military career. Domestic Violence is a big no-no, if it falls under the Lautenberg Amendment then he will be discharged as well. Under this admendment you are not allowed to posses a weapon at all, even for military purposes.

Nothing you say can be used to justify physical battery. It does not matter how mad it made him. Unless you threw the first punch, you did not start the fight.

You say he grabbed your phone and in doing so pulled some hair. Inadvertently, right?
That doesn't sound like domestic violence that sounds like an accident not an intentional attempt to cause you bodily harm.

Don't matter if you instigated the fight . You spoke words. He assaulted you , accidentally , but never the less.People should watch their mouth.
This could be hard on him

Throwing words is not against the law. Throwing punches is....even if he tells them what you said, he is still the one at fault in the eyes of the law.

It doesn't matter who said what to whom. He never should have touched you. Also, it's not your responsibility that he's in the military. He shouldn't have touched you.
