Well I am sure you will get the screaming responses you wanted when you posted this.
Look at the pictures from the Hubble telescope on NASA's website and look at any nebula. Its beauty is is proof to me.
The miracle of holding a new born , or a babies first laugh is proof to me.
Matter can not be created or destroyed only displaced. So my energy will linger forever.... could that be a soul? Proof to me.
I see miracles all the time no not water into wine but the kindness of one stranger helping another in a time of need. Proof to me.
I don't HOPE for God to be real He is the fact that I can face so many challenges in my life and still find goodness and have people see goodness in me is my proof.
Thnx
Joe

There is no scientific proof that evolution occurred, yet people believe it! How else were humans created? From a little chemical matching? How do you explain that we just HAPPENED to have 5 fingers on each hand? How do you explain that different sexes came from them? That the reproduction systems just 'happened' to be perfect between man and women? The logical answer is that God is real, and He is the one who created man and women in his image! I will pray that Satan will stop messing with your thoughts.
ALSO: There are prophecies in the Bible! Just watch--the Dead Sea is coming back to life. That is in the Bible. How do you explain that? It just happened? No! It is proof that God exists and that He is coming back soon!

Who are you to say it ISN'T true? Can you absolutely prove scientifically that there ISN'T God?
Of course you can't. True, there is no proof that God does exist, but there is no proof that he doesn't exist either. Keep in mind that there is plenty that science doesn't know, and there are some things that can't be proved, only theorized. There is proof to support evolution, but evolution will always remain a "theory" and not "fact" because we can't go back in time or recreate it.
So go ahead and believe in science if you want, but don't insult what others choose to believe. I'm not religious myself, but I see the wonderful benefits that religion provides for many people, and I can respect their courage in having faith in something that can't be seen. Just because it can't be measured or put in a petri dish doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
For those who refuse to believe, no proof is possible; for those who believe, no proof is necessary.

The bible is mearly a book. You are correct in that aspect. It was written as a way to control the people and a lot of chapters were left out that were written by controversial people at the time. The History channel has a good documentary about the bible and all the chapters that were left out.

The Bible is a collection of books, poems, songs and letters.
If you're going to pass judgement on a collection of writings, perhaps you should at least read it, first, and not listen to what other people say.
But don't let you not know what you're talking about stop you, ignorance doesn't seem to stop anyone else, either.

Very hateful and vitriolic question that has no place in a network based upon people seeking legitimate answers for serious questions. Good work! To answer your question, it is the most retarded assumption in the history of our world, and it is an assumption taken by billions of people over that same history. Faith will kill us all!

You've made several assertions.
Prove us wrong.
You dig into the Bible FOR YOURSELF, and I mean original reading, original study, you read it, and PROVE that Jesus IS NOT who the Bible says He is.
Do you really think "science" (man's limited knowledge) is the absolute truth?
Okay, PROVE evolution, PROVE the age of the Earth.

There are many scientific theories that show that the universe had to have a creator.
My personal relationship with that creator proves to me that he is here today.

Organized relgion of any sort is just ridiculous. It doesn't seem to work and it's not very compassionate. All religion does is make half of the world fools and the other half hypocrites. There are so few who are enlightened.
