Yes.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

I think 5'2 and 7 stone is just about right really. It may even be a bit on the skinny side, but if you're not muscular really, then it should be fine. At 15 you should still be able to eat basically what you like and not worry about it, so I would reccomend against dieting unless you're simply eating a lot of healthy food as opposed to crap.

If you eat plenty and exercise then your body should look fine, and in the end weight matters a lot less than how your body actually looks. I'd rather have the perfect 10 stone body than a flabby 8 stone body (if I was a girl that is).

Your ideal body weight would be 110 pounds or 50 kilo's. I don't know what a stone is.
That doesn't take bone structure into account though. If you are big boned, you'll weigh a couple of pounds more. No one will have an exact ideal weight, because you will even weigh less in the mornings than you do in the evenings.
Hope this helps.

I would think you would be a bit underweight. 15 y/o, 5'2" and 98 lbs? Although it might be the correct weight for your frame, not really sure without a picture. If you are really concerned you should ask a doctor.
