i know you can have a bar in a limo but there is generally a partition the bus will be titled as an rv thx for your help

We have the same thing here. You can check, but I think they are licensed as a motor home. That way they can get around the open container law.

Call party buses in other cities in your state, and ask how they get away with it. They should be willing to share the info since you are not in competition with them.

if the driver has a commercial license then no it is not open container. he has to be a commercial license driver and you have to be paying him something.
