This is your body getting rid of any excess vitamins your body can't use. It is normal. Be sure to reseach the brand you are taking though to be sure it is one that is well absorbed by the body. If it isn't a brand that is well absorbed by the body then find a different brand that is better absorbed by the body so you get better benefit out of it.

B vitamins can make your urine bright yellow and it is not bad. Those vitamins are good for you and dont worry. Just dont take too much fat soluable vitamins like A and D because they accumulate too much. B vitamins will just leave the body in the form of bright yellow pee. Drink water and eat right and you will be just fine. take b vitamins separate from multi vitamins and dont mix calcium and iron because they cancel each other. Take iron and b in the morning and at night take calcium with warm or cold milk or cocoa is great.

Throw the pills away. If you eat properly you will get all the vitamins you need. The bright yellow is your body expelling all the excess chemicals(vitamins) that it cannot use. The body cannot store vitamins. The bright yellow could also be a symptom of insufficient water being drunk.

That's normal, although you might consider drinking a little more water throughout the day. Some vitamins absorb water which could be dehydrating your body a small amount, hence turning your urine to a brighter color. Also, vitamin C commonly causes urine to be a brighter color as well.

You ought to drink water, tons of it too, your pee should most effective be brilliant yellow first thing in the morning and be the colour of light straw by the point you go to bed, water helps to flush the physique of poisons as good as the kidneys too, when you cannot tolerate too much water then put cranberry dilute juice with it as that is first-rate for the waterworks and will flush your kidneys big time, if your quite concerned you will have to go to the doctors particularly if it has a pong to it, excellent good fortune.

It's not that bad. Could be a little too much of one vitamin or another. Try drinking a few cups more water a day. It might help.
