My job is SO boring to me! Ive been at this company 4 years, it's a very good company which is why i'm still here. I dont see myself moving, i also dont see myself loving any job. I am in school for a masters in communication, I work in publishing sales, more on the support side of things. Im kind of hoping that once i get my MS I'll be able to do something else...but for now i'm really bored to tears. Anyone else feel like me?

I'm currently in that situation instead of bored I feel very frustrated, I'm a machinist/welder stuck in a rut I'm thinking about cross-training into a different careerfield. Perhaps, that's all you need is something to tide you over until you get to your new job.

Thanks for sharing that ,there are lots of people that are bored to death in their job, like myself. I stay on the job for 6 years for the benefits ,and reluctant to take a risk to change job. I live frugally and thanking God that I have a job to pay my bills. I see to it that I feel good on my 8 hours work. You are ahead of the game ,you are working in a good company and studying for a good career and I bet you are young. Appreciate what you got and count your blessings. Have a nice day at work.
