We've been dating for about a year, and when we first met she said she wanted to stay a virgin until she got married, so we decided to hold off on the sexual part of our relationship. About a week ago she told me she was pregnant, and of course it's not mine, and she won't tell me who's it is. Should I stay with her or not?

Eh man, is your girlfriend named Shawna? About 5'3, nice rack? Man, that's my baby. Don't even worry about it, I'll take care of it.

I'd find out the truth before simply dumping her.

If she cheated on you, plain and simple you tell her you have better things to do with your time and kick her out.

If she was raped, then that is a completely different story. You can't just simply dump a woman because of that, it's worse off for her emotionally. At least be nice enough to help her through the situation before moving on. That is IF she got raped.

However don't ask her that, because she might play the guilt card and want you to take care of the baby and run off with another man. Find out the truth as discreetly as possible, maybe from family or close friends, and then decide where to take it from there.

Of course if she is happy about the pregnancy then you problably have your answer as to what you should do.

Do you truely love this girl? Does she love you, and realize she made a horrible mistake? Does she still want to be with you? If she doesn't plan on being with the father of the child, and you can feel and love this child and your girlfriend, and can do so ,without always having resentment in the back of your mind, or abusing either of them over how the baby came to be. Then you can raise this child as your own!! People adopt children daily, and those children are just as much their's as if they had given birth to them, themselves!! To forgive will be the hardest obstical to overcome in this situation, if you can do that entirely, well then God Bless you and your new baby, and growing family!!! If you can't forgive her and this is going to turn into a big ugly mess, and the father will be involved, you need to get out now!! Cut your ties with her, move on with your life, because it's gonna get real ugly!I feel bad for this baby, it's innocent in the whole ordeal, as are you!! What a selfish thing for her to do!! Also, the man who fathered this child has the right to know he is going to have a baby! You need to tell her that, then the choice can be made by him if he wants to be involved, or wants nothing to do with it!! Then if he wants no part of this child, thats when the decision will be between you and the girlfriend on what part ,if any ,you will play to this painful, but wonderful gift from God!! Take care, It takes a real man to father and love a child that is not his own, BIOLOGICALLY!! Yet can be his own emotionally, and physically!! You should sit down and pray about this, give it over to God, he'll give you the strength and wisdom you'll need to do whats right!!!

That's not for someone else to tell you...you decide. She cheated on you, is that acceptable? If she has the baby and keeps it are you willing to help raise someone else's child?

Does she want to continue the relationship with you, after her behavior and getting pregnant? What role will the child's father play if she has it?

Can you forgive her? Can you trust her?

You've got a lot to think about...or you can make the easy decision and say "buh-bye"

Do you want to be with her?
Do you Love her enough to stay with her and raise the child as your own?
Do you Love her enough to forgive her?
If the answers to those questions is yes, then do what you feel.

Ask yourself this: Do you want to know whose baby it is? If you found out that the father is your brother or your best friend, would you be able to control any sort of rage you might feel?

You are in a difficult situation. You are going to have to think long and hard about how you feel and what you want to do. Follow your heart but think with your mind.

Best of luck

hell no, she abviously doesn't respect you and she lied. She said she don't wants to have sex until marriage, well its obviously clear that she just didn't want to have sex with you, because all the time you thought she is a virgin she was about being pleased by someone else. Good Luck on that man, hope u choose the right choice.

Sorry about being so blunt but....

dump her....shes using you
sees you as a safe haven while she's out screwing around
and NO she's not special/different
believe me I've been there (well not the pregnant virgin thing but) I've been with a girl that everyone told me was no good and I knew it in my head....but I chose to see her as special and different from other girls...until i found her messing around...and yes she obviously did mess around

Ask yourself if you wish to be held financially responsible for another man's child. Then act accordingly. Of course, if she was raped, you should consider staying. If an angel appears in your dreams to tell you that this child is the Messiah, then you might stay.

Wow she lied despite being with you about a year & ask for promises. It's your choice to stay on with her & be responsible later for the baby or not. But honestly how long will you stay on in a relationships if there's no honesty & commitment?

Dump her, unless the baby is a product of rape..maybe that's why she doesn't want to tell you, ask her if it is..if it is then don't dump her, be the 'father' to the baby. It's what a man would do but if she cheated on you tell that ***** to kick rocks.
