Seen as u might not have name on the birth cert, and ur mum wouldnt give u details, maybe there is reason why, maybe ur mum actual dont know who he is or when he found out she was pregant with u he legged it and ur mum dont want to see u gettin hurt in the long run...

but if u still want find him and have no name or anything for him, why dont u sit and ask ur mum once again and if not , tel her u will run story in the papers that will get to every county in the state and u will try findin him that way, place storys in search of ur father, in what ever paper or magz u can think of, im sure some1 who knows him will let him know about ur search or even a chat show try.... but will say, prepare urself for the worse incase ur father still isnt a real man today

best of luck to u

I am a member of ancestry.com
there is also genealogy.com

I have found several on ancestor .com and they have places to locate people living or deceased. Check out some sites like these. It is your business, everyone needs to know who their parents are. Someday it maybe very important, what if you needed a kidney transplant? Can you get the birth certificate and get the name. You can go to court records in the county you were born.

Well you need a little more information than it's none of your business.

Do you have a name? And age? A beginning location? Is his name on your birth certificate? Without some kind of information there probably isn't a lot of hope in finding a nameless person.

Does your mom have family that might know more about your dad and would talk to you about it?

If not, see if you can contact the courthouse where your birth certificate was filed and see if she listed a father on the original.

I can't offer any assistance, but be careful in your search because your mother may have a very good reason for not telling you. Don't get yourself hurt.
