No, but the Mayan calendar ends in 2012. Its end is supposedly based on a prophecy that the world will end in 2012.
I think it's more likely they just were waiting to make sure their original predictions of the stars were accurate before extending their calendar.

No, but the Mayan calendar ends in 2012. There is much speculation on what that means. Everything from the end of the world to world peace and enlightenment has been suggested.

Mayans talking about anti-christs???????????
I think the Mayan calendar actually predicted the emergence of the Great Dark Lord's Rise from the depths of Mordor to conquer all the wester lands. Sauron (the real anti-christ) will be unrelenting in his campaign of darkness against the Ewok realm and Legions of Rome. The world is in dire straits we must call forth the Dragonlance from the Authority's cloud palace and from the clutches of the Jade Emperor and his terracota army of hard baked warriors.
May the forks be with you....

Yes, the Mayan calendar ends in 2012, but they felt that the world would just stop and cease to exist. How that comes about is up to your idea of what religion you want to follow and that religion's End of Days myth.

Mayans were not Christians, they never actually her of Christ so I doubt they have a prophecy about the anti-christ.

I have no idea as I am not Mayan. But the only prophecies that matter are the true ones in Gods precious Holy Word, the HOLY BIBLE. If we study them and KNOW, we will always be protected by God thru faithful obedience to Him and His WORD. so doesnt matter what other books tell you or other religions. God says the only pure undefiled religion is the one with the teachings of Jesus Christ
There you go. God bless you in your search.

It's merely the end of the Mayan calendar. It may or may not have something to the end of things as we know it, as there are theories as vast as there are people theorizing about it, and the Jesus return thing isn't the most prominent.

If there is it is made by man not God. The Bible says no one will know it is like a thief in the night. Even the angels in heaven does not know the day nor the hour.
So if there is a book about it. There is a book for everything under the sun. But there is only one Book about the Son of God. habakkuk 2.
