Hellen Keller, and yes. The things which we see, hear, smell, touch and taste are reinterpreted in our brains - and can generate an emotional response such as awe, wonder, delight.

subjective and this is easily understood when applied to the daily insights or a big awakening. My Spiritual Experience began three days after asking for relief with sincerity from deep in my heart. It was given and the experience began a little at a time culminating in an awesome life.

It's a great quote and expressed a very heart felt emotion. Unfortunately, the heart is a muscle and has nothing to do with what we perceive or think. Our brains handle both our emotions and perceptions and our thoughts and beliefs are colored by our experiences.
