No!

You were made this way and you should learn to love yourself! SO WHAT IF YOU'RE FLAT CHESTED!

are people gonna love you more if your have bigger boobs? Maybe only guys, but for the wrong reasons!

Honestly if you think about it, the only thing you're gonna attract are disgusting shallow men. Is it really going to make you feel better by having silicone inserted in your chest? It'll make no difference. You're you. You know its fake. Considering that you're 24, the people that have known you, are gonna know that you got implants...
Learn to love yourself and the way you are! SO WHAT! If we were all meant to look the same we would. I recommend that you research some good bras that'll help accent what you have.

But, if you decide that you'll be happier with fake boobs :(
do your research and get more than 1 doctor's opinion.

Okay, here goes- This is not a question that needs to be answered by other people, it is a personal question that needs to be determined by you and you alone. However, if your personal happiness is dependent on other people's perception of your physical appearance (especially your chest), then although this is sad, I'd probably advise you to get implants. If this desire for implants is from some fear that others won't find you attractive, then that is silly and definitely not a good reason for getting implants. I am flat chested also, and I would never consider having implants. I know that being flat chested makes wearing some clothes hard, but there are bra inserts and realistic type gel models that are crafted especially for that problem. My final advice is this- try the inserts first, since they are cheaper, safer and temporary.

There is a to consider with this procedure. There have been problems in the past with implants. But, if you truly think this will make you feel better about yourself then I suggest you talk to a good doctor. Be sure to have a background check done on the doctor you're thinking about using. Don't look for bargains. This is your body and health. I wouldn't get huge implants. Just enough to give you some chest. But, if you decide not to do this, remember what you are is not about the outside but what you have inside. You're probably the only one who is bothered by this.

Its a matter of opinion, its up to u and how u feel about yourself in general, if u feel that u are missing some sort of piece in your life because either your scared that males may not find u attractive or that you are some how down gradid by the fact u still have certain feature's that are mabe child like (no offence) this can cause u to feel smaller and less sophisticated. I think that u would feel more comfortable with yourself and around males and friends then it might be a good decision to make.

hi, well it doesn't matter who it's for, don't be embarrassed by the question, the people that will make nasty comments are the ones who are insecure themselves but don't have the money or the guts to go for surgery. i personally had breast implants (silicone) to go from very flatchested to a nice size, it was painful but well worth it. are you over the age of 18? because you should be of age before you consider this as this is the age when you will stop "developing" you should see your doctor first though as if it is something that is pyscholigically affecting you then you may get it free on the NHS (if you live in the uk) other than that prices range, to get one of the best you are looking at £6,000 which is a lot of money, and bear in mind they are reccommended to be replaced every 5-10 years, think it over first and talk to the people closest to you, it is every persons own choice whether to go ahead with it or not, but it changed my life. i had no confidence before and now i am in "proportion" i feel much happier and my confidence is MUCH better :-)

well, it really depends what age you are because im flat chested, too but im too young. I think that if you're going to get implants because you want guys to like you, then, you should just be more social and talk to everyone and then maybe you'll come home with a boyfriend <3

boob implants? hmm... if you think it will "up" your confidence and self esteem, then sure, why not?

But, realize this is a serious decision, and many dangers can come out of it. Your breasts are near your heart, your lungs.. everything you need to help you breathe. Pick the right surgeon! I can't stress this enough...

Hmm.. I wouldn't get boob implants because it isn't what makes you YOU. There's many things I would change about myself, but I don't lean on surgery to get things done! THIS IS ME! And one day, you'll find someone who will appreciate everything you are. Including your appearance. But this won't happen unless you're comfortable with it yourself...

NOOO girl please don't do it!!! it means a LIFETIME of having to replace them. your body might reject them altogether. or they might become hardened an misshaped. why go under the knife if you really don't have to? better work on your self-confidence in other ways, the cost of a boob job covers many months gym membership... fake boobs feel weird and most of the times look really weird... be happy about your small chest, that means you're less likely to have back problems, most clothes will fit you, they won't sag as much as bigger boobs when you get older – and if you need a boost then there's a SEA of push-up bras to choose from!

It's up to what you really want, but by getting those implants, will that increase your confidence? Being flat chested may not be a terrible thing.

No!!

Sometimes flat chested people are really attractive... to name one Gwen Steffani...

Look how many guys fancy her - All you need to do is "flaunt" other parts of your body if you want to do it so you get more attention...

Its not as dangerous as some people are saying but, why change who you are to fit into society??
